Conditions for Replacement or Return

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement for “Damaged on Arrival” or “Missing Items,” a clear unboxing video is mandatory. This must show the outer packaging and the opening of the product.

  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Fragile Items: If a ceramic, glass, or delicate decor item arrives broken, we will provide a free replacement once the damage is verified via the unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized decor pieces.

  • Items purchased during “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery.

Refund Process

  • Approved Refunds: Once the return is inspected, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.
